Well, I did 2 scrap pages of Sissy. Ialways scrap her pics. Probably because they are so much fun..LOL I even used the same pics...

Can it get any worse?

Well, I really need to vent today so what better place to do it than here? Just last month I posted about not having insurance, the kids getting sick, etc; We are having a horrible month and with Christmas right around the corner - it's even worse. We're behind on our bills, my kids Christmas is really gonna suck, I don't even have the money to buy all the stuff I wanted for baking cookies this year. I don't have any money right now for their stockings (stuff to put in them). Well, thankfully I had some credit available on my Valero card because I was almost out of gas and had to go there to get gas beause I have to work tomorrow and I was coming out of my neighborhood onto the highway, well, the car in front of me started to go and stopped. I didn't realize that she stopped and let up on the break and just barely tapped her car. She got out and I got out and we looked at her car which was fine and she said that there were no marks and she was fine but she wanted my info in case there were any damages not visible. Since there were more cars behind us I asked her to pull over on the side of the road. So...we pulled over and ( I was already depressed and stressed because of the bills, christmas,etc; It was catching up to me today) she got out of her car and walked over to my passenger door. I opened the door and told her she could sit while I looked for my card. I could feel my eyes filling with tears and my hand was shaking as I was writing everything down. She looked in the back seat and saw the two carseats and asked if I had two "little ones". I just starting crying. So...I gave her my info and left.
I don't know if she will file a claim or what. I did hit her but it was the equivalent to pulling up in my driveway and pulling up too far tapping the garbage can. There was not a single scratch or scuff on her car.

Last night we went to my husband's bosses Christmas Party. We took the kids and they had so much fun. They got all dressed up and I even put a tiny bit of lipgloss on Kaylin because she was upstairs with me while I was getting ready and of course since Momma was putting makeup on, she wanted some too..lol too cute. Anyway, I wanted to upload pictures of my two youngest ones all dressed up. My oldest wasn't here so he didn't get to go.
Hmm...well, I just realized that my camera is all the way up on the 3rd floor so I will be back shortly with the pics...haha...

Quick note

I just wanted to let you all know that I am working on a new kit right now and it should be finished tonight or tomorrow and uploaded. I always start a kit intending on it being a mini kit...Then it gets huge and I think well, I need another paper in the other color and maybe one more element, embellishment, etc. LOL So, they end up being huge kits but anyway, I am back in ps to finish up so I have something for ya to download.

Happy Thanksgiving

I hope you all have a great holiday! I am cooking here at home and my brothers and their girlfriends are coming over and I am hoping that my Dad will at least stop by too. My kids are doing better but my daughter is definitely allergic to something because she keeps breaking out in hives. Poor baby. I thought it was Juicy Juice -Orange Tangerine but she hasn't had that in 3 days and is still breaking out. I am so confused as to what it may be since she hasn't had anything different. Well, gotta go finish my cooking. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

yet another Bad Bad Day

Well, the kids seemed pretty sick this morning. I called the Dr. to see what I should give them since they were coughing so hard and since CJ has also had a fever, she said that she needed to see them. Well, unfortunately, we do not have insurance right now so we pay cash for any visits + prescriptions for them but anyway, we found out that CJ has pneumonia, Kaylin has Bronchitis and we had to get a nebulizer.

The nebulizer is 300.00
The dr. visit - 100.00 (for the 2 we only had to pay for 1 1/2 visits)
3 generic prescriptions - 130.00


FUN.

Also...yesterday, our bulb for the right turn signal was out so that was 45.00 today.
Then they let us know that we had a nail in our tire and the tread was worn so bad that we had to get 4 new tires for 300.00.
My oldest turned 11 2 days ago and I still have to get his b-day present and was supposed to have his party this Sat.

Hmm...Thanksgiving is in what - 2 days? Not to mention I am cooking.
And Christmas is coming up......I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown....

Bad, Bad Day

MY oldest son, Drew (11) was sick abut 2 weeks ago. Then about a week after him being sick, Christian gets sick he's 4 - fever, coughing, throwing up. Then about3-4 days ago, My lil Kaylin (2) gets sick. So far it's just coughing with her, but Christian is also still coughing and has a slight fever off and on. Well, I have been giving them cough syrup for it. Robitussin,Triaminic, Pediacare. I just went to the store like 4 days ago to get another bottle of cough medicine for them and after I gave them their mac n cheese for lunch today, I gave them a dose of cough syrup. well, I sat down at the table to read the paper while they ate their lunch and OMG!
An article stating that Cough/Cold Medicines were recalled because a 4 month old baby died. well, I read the active ingredient in the recalled ones......Dextromethorphan

Read the ones in the bottles I have been using and.........Dextromethorphan



I FLIPPED! I was able to buy this just 3 or 4 days ago and this stuff was supposed to be pulled from the shelf October 11. So I had to call the doctor - My kids had been taking these cough medicines for like 6 days. The baby that died had the cold for 4 days and was given the same medicine. The doctor said don't give them anymore (not that I would've anyway) and said to watch them and if they don't normal or if they look worse - RUSH them to the hospital. I am pissed! I intended on taking the article in and showing it to the pharmacy but I was in a rush to leave and I forgot it, but I will surely be there tomorrow. I just pray that my babies will be ok.

Well, the last alpha has so far-235 downloads and only 26 comments....That's pretty bad. At first I admit-I was soooo mad that people couldn't even say thanks or it's ugly...or....whatever...I am a gemini and true to form. I can be stubborn, hard-hearted at times and even mean....lol
But I have to say that the few comments I do get make it very well worth it. The ones that have left me comments on here or on 4shared make it worth my time and they definitely make me smile. I just wanted you to know that I read all of them and you guys are so sweet. So...with that said.....I am waiting for my little ones to finish up their spaghetti-O's and will be off in photoshop creating some more goodies for you. Ears pierced...

Well, I got my baby girl's ears pierced today. She didn't even cry. I cried for her.... They look so pretty. She is definitely a "girly-girl" and loves princess and glitter and lipgloss..all that stuff. And she isn't even 3 yet...lol Anyway, it's so hard to get good pics because my camera has like a 3 second delay so by the time it takes the picture, she has already looked away. I may have gotten 1 or 2 good ones. They are downloading to my other computer now.

Freebie Time

I'm sorry. I meant to post yesterday but I was soooo busy. I had to do some last minute shopping and I didn't get home 'til late. The kids had so much fon Trick-or-Treating. Although, Kalin's little shoes kept falling off, her gloves were way too big and I carried her the whole time because of her shoes. Drew was first in line at every door..lol and CJ just wanted to drive everyones cars.haha...He loves vehicles. Any kind. And if someone visits, he has to see their car, and he will never forget the car you came in and when someone visits in a different car, he asks them where the (ie.) red car is....He's soooo funny. I will either do a layout or post some pic tomorrow..err.....today.....Hope you all had a safe and Happy Halloween!!

1st post and challenge

Well, a little about me, I guess. I am 28, I am a SAHM to 3 kids. Drew -10, Christian (C.J.) - 4, and my little princess, Kaylin - 2. I have been using psp for many years now, and have been digiscrapping for about 2. I love it. I am downloading scraps everyday. LOL
So.......one of my favorite places to go daily is http://www.ikeagoddess.blogspot.com/ and I saw a challenge there that I couldn't pass up. So..here I am in a rush to create this blog, sign up at a gallery to post my challenge layout and also finish the layout that I have been working on since this morning in time.
Oh.....and hope I can post everything right including the challenge...hahaha...so....wish me luck!
